Man remanded on affray charge

A 42-year-old man has been remanded in custody after being charged with affray and assaulting a police officer.On Monday, a special magistrates court at Llandudno heard Patrick Sherry was also charged with three counts of causing criminal damage. Several charges related to an incident outside his flat in Colwyn Bay on Sunday. He is alleged to have assaulted a police officer at Glan Clwyd Hospital, Bodelwyddan. Mr Sherry, of Hawarden Road, was remanded in custody for three days.
