A businessman has been remanded in custody by Llandudno magistrates in connection with a haul of cannabis worth up to £100,000.It follows the discovery of an alleged cannabis factory in a warehouse in Colwyn Bay last Friday.
Darren McFadden, 38, from the town, faces four charges, including possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
He will reappear via a video link from prison on Wednesday.
Mr McFadden also faces charges of permitting a warehouse to be used for the attempted supply of cannabis and allowing the premises, at the back of Abergele Road, to be used to produce the drug.
He also faces a charge of possessing cannabis.
North Wales Police said it had seized 200 cannabis plants.
