Colwyn Bay-The Worst Things in Colwyn Bay The Knowhere guide
The Council who probably took so many backhanders in the 80's building OAP homes, the place it practically a slum now whereas it used to be a beautiful town. Once when you could have a peaceful drink the town is full of drunken louts, hard looking bouners on pub doors and van loads of police.
yobs chavs scallies what bever you call them to many anbd they need to go. old vandalised buildings that even scuatters wont enter
The beach n sea are quite dirty it is very boring really
Colwyn Bays a good place to get stabbed.unfortunately. RIP Lenny.
Heroin. Hey, lets film a Welsh Trainspotting?!
Waiting for the pier to fall to pieces. What a bloody shame! Rod Richards & Mad Howard.
I
Local politicians putting the boot into anything for the kids.... lunatic arty types forking out ten grand for some "artist" to paint the back of the hut in min-y-don park.....the very real drug epidemic that everyone seems to be ignoring..and worst of all the old bstards that refuse to give up there driving licences gracefully!!!!!!!
Well what can i say? This forum is full of plebs who seem to have a problem with anybody who is in a better school than them. We can't help it if our parents actually got of their arses and went to work to pay for our education,>:-), anyway enough for now...
Eirias School
Earis high school or however you would spell it, is one of the rudest places ever i have ever seen. They are always swearing and smoking and bulling. Eirius is the worst school ever.
there to many duggies and shit heads on here they all need to get live
The attitude of the pupils at the local private Rydal school towards public school kids - I went on a visit there, and one of them left some money in a vending machine and said "There's 20p in there if you want it" - the fucking cheek of it
the influx of liverpool and manchester scallies, who seem to think that what was a prosperous and peacful area to live,is now a haven for drug abuse and crime.go home and do it on your own doorsteps, leave wales to the welsh!
The yobs who seem to like using Mochdre and Llysfaen as a "Wacky Races" race track. And where are the police, we ask?
10 pence betty is an old lady that lives in a big house in the bay and begs on the streets she at times can be inoying to say the least the citv cameras what a waste of money that was when a bus shelter can be smashed up directly below it without no one caring and a police station no more that 100 feet away tut tut and also for phone boxes less that 20 feet away having all there glass smashed out foren school exchange kids we have enought probs with are own without them adding to the fueds between colwyn bay kids and they are so ignerant to people as if they own the bay they will push there way past you without a simple excuse me but yet they speak better english that me and you these inoying creatures apear around april til sept
The breakwater at Rhos was put in for a very specific reason - to stop Rhos on Sea (and also the one at Penrhyn Bay) being flooded in high tides !!!! Wouldn't you say that was a good enough reason to put it there - for god's sake the beach is long enough for everyone to use, why winge at a little bit being modified to protect businesses and homes !!!!????? Rod Richards coming from round here - what a disaster case !!
Where do I start? theres the Prince Madoc youth pub where anyone under 16 can get served but they seem to refuse over 18's!! Bizarre. A copious number of Adidas tracksuits, (a strange phenomenon, which seemingly coincides with the appearance of nutters on Mondays!.. Don't ask why..) Too much seagull shit, old folks and insane druggies with dodgy haircuts, not enough totty (that is if
The bloody liverpool social delinquents, that are sent to Colwyn Bay for a small annual sum of money. I have lived here for 9 years, and think it should be kept fot the elderly and the tourists.
The beach at Rhos-on-Sea used to be the best, but the building of the breakwater was the beginning of the end. After they dumped surplus rocks at the Rhos Point the sea doesn't sweep the pebbles/sand out and the beach has risen about 6-8 feet. Then they dumped 'sea defences' along the beach near the prom. from Rhos to Penryn Bay - more rocks which actually hide the sea from view! Some old people have said they love it but, if you walk along that bit of the prom., the sea is hidden by the rocks, and the road/houses by the sea wall - only the sky to see! And nearer to Rhos Point it just looks a mess, I remember the area near St.Trillo's Chapel when it was wild and 'natural', and safer for children to play on than these large, ugly boulders. Moan, moan!
I think that Rydal Penrhos Is A good school but the people in it are frankly rude and VERY snobish. I have never in my lifetime encountered such snobs( that does not include the teachers), However the pupils attitude towards people in state schools frankly stinks.
Nothing for the yoof of t'day
The council doesn't care and many of the best buildings have been pulled down.
This has to be one of the only places daft enough to screw up its one real asset - the prom - by putting a major highway along the entire length of the thing - what WERE these people thinking of??
The mixture of both the council estates and the resident Scallies.
the O.A.P s the run the hole joint
