A laptop like this was stolen from the couple's home in Colwyn Bay
A couple have pleaded for the return of a laptop stolen from their home in Colwyn Bay, north Wales, because it contains footage of their baby's birth.A digital camera and a Blackberry hand held computer were also taken in the burglary, which happened on 4 March.
The computer featured footage of the pregnant mother along with footage of the birth of the couple's daughter, who is now six months old.
Dt con Haydn Williams said: "The footage is very personal."
North Wales police said the laptop was priceless to the young family.
"The couple are desperate to have the laptop returned," Mr Williams said.
"I appeal to anyone who may know of its whereabouts, have any information regarding the offence or who may have the laptop in their possession to please contact police immediately."
A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and was released on police bail pending further inquires.
