Jogger stabbed on cycle track at Pensarn, near Colwyn Bay

North Wales Police are investigating after a man was stabbed by a group of youths while running on a cycle track.
Officers say the victim, who was in his 20s, was jogging between Pensarn and Colwyn Bay around midnight on Friday.
He was confronted by a group of seven youths near the car park at Pensarn and was stabbed when a scuffle broke out.
DS Mark Abbott said the man's injuries were superficial and non-life threatening, but is appealing for information about the incident.
Police said the man first came across three youths who were "tormenting" a dog approximately 1.5 miles along the track travelling towards Colwyn Bay.
When the man returned along the path he was confronted by the youngsters, who had been joined by four others, near the car park.
Mr Abbott said: "We would appeal for anyone with information to call us on 101 or anonymously on Crimestoppers 0800 555111."
