A man was knocked unconscious and needed 37 stitches after being punched in a Colwyn Bay street, a court heard last week.
Jamie Smith 22, of Greenfield road, Colwyn Bay,appeared in court in Llandudno accused of assaulting the man on December 23rd, causing actual bodily harm in the late night attack.
District judge sent his case to Caernarfon crown court.Smith was remanded on conditional bail until May 12th.
No plea was entered by Smith.

This was a beacon of hope for the town, but now with it's destruction looming, its demolition goes against the public's wishes. This town has nothing left to give, or fight for.
